Working in small groups, students will be hands-on designing, building, and testing their own pneumatic systems to solve a variety of challenges.

It’s time to solve a mystery and it may cause sparks to fly! Students journey through the nature of scientific inquiry, collaborating to identify an unknown substance through observation and analysis, chemical reactions and flame tests. Please dress for a lab setting: no loose clothing, hair pulled back, closed-toed shoes.
