  You can purchase a gift card online through our website, in-person at our front desk, or by calling our Customer Care team at 403-817-6800.
- What denominations are available?
  Gift cards are available in various amounts. $50 and $100 gift cards can be purchased online. For custom amounts, please call our Customer Care team at 403-817-6800 or visit our front desk.
- Can I use the gift card for membership purchases?
  Yes! TELUS Spark Gift Cards can be applied toward any membership purchase, including individual or family memberships.
- Can I use the gift card for special events and workshops?
  Absolutely. Gift cards can be redeemed for tickets to most events, workshops, and programs hosted by TELUS Spark. Some exclusive or partner events may have restrictions, so check event details before purchasing.
- Is the gift card reloadable?
  Currently, TELUS Spark Gift Cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is used, a new gift card must be purchased.
- How long is the gift card valid?
  TELUS Spark Gift Cards do not expire. Keep your card safe, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
- Can the gift card be used online?
  No. Gift cards can only be used in-person or over the phone by calling 403-817-6800.
- Can I use multiple gift cards for a single purchase?
  Yes. You can combine multiple gift cards for a single transaction in-person at the front desk or over the phone.
- What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
  Contact our Customer Care team immediately at 403-817-6800 with your card details or proof of purchase. While we cannot always replace lost cards, we will do our best to assist.
- Are gift cards refundable?
  No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
