These programs are unique opportunities for students to engage with science in ways that will expand minds, introduce career possibilities and create lasting connections.

The Ready, Set... Computer Science programs introduce students to computer science, coding, technology, and robotics – no coding experience required! These residencies provide insights to the foundation of code through a variety of hands-on activities, helping to inspire and connect students to the innovative world of technology.
In this unique learning experience, students explore ways of living in balance with nature, ways of knowing the stars, and the depth of science within the Indigenous ways of knowing and being. Bring a portable planetarium and ecosystem web to your school. Pedagogy includes storytelling, a portable planetarium, an ecosystem web, and making connections in circle.

Learn MoreGet students immersed in some seriously cool science this semester! This ten-week design challenge empowers students to prototype and showcase a science centre experience with the help of Spark Educators and local professionals. Using the design-thinking process, students in grades 4–12 will practice exhibit design as they explore science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) topics of their choosing.
