Parking is managed by Calgary Parking through the ParkPlus system.

Membership Renewals
If your licence plate is already registered in the Online Parking Permit System, no action is needed when renewing your Spark membership. You can use your existing account to update plate information anytime.

Parking Rate
Daily Parking is $12. Cash services on site are limited. Please bring exact change or a credit card if you plan to purchase parking at the machines.
45-Minute Free Parking
Register at the pay machines for free 45-minute parking! Not available on the ParkPlus App.
Pay by Phone
Download the ParkPlus App and prepay your parking! Spark is ZONE 8310 if paying from your ParkPlus cell phone account.

Only accessible through the pay machines on site. There is a 45 MIN free parking button option on the pay machine that must be activated to avoid tickets. Press the button and follow the instructions on screen. Guests cannot use the ParkPlus app to activate the free parking option. A $12 parking session will be charged and cannot be refunded.
If you are attending a private event at TELUS Spark and have received a parking code from your event coordinator, please proceed to one of the solar-powered pay machines located outdoors. At the machine, press the EVENTS button and follow the instructions on screen.
Members are responsible for outstanding tickets issued to unregistered vehicles. If you believe your ticket was issued in error please complete an online admin review here. You can also send an email to [email protected].
