As now legislated, on Monday, September 20, individual businesses are required to implement restrictions to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The Restrictions Exemption Program allows businesses to continue to operate as usual by implementing the Mandatory Vaccination Policy. TELUS Spark Science Centre will be implementing this policy with the timelines and details below.
Effective Monday, September 20, Spark will require all Members and Guests aged 12 and over to provide one of the following when they visit the science centre:
PROOF OF VACCINATION
Full vaccination or, proof of single-dose (up until October 25) will be accepted as long as the dose was given more than two weeks prior to visiting the science centre.
PROOF OF PRIVATELY-PAID NEGATIVE RAPID TEST
Proof of a negative rapid test will be accepted. The test must have been completed within 72 hours prior to visiting the science centre. Tests must be from a private test provider and not from Alberta Health Services or Alberta Precision Laboratories.

An individual who has received an approved combination of COVID-19 vaccines is also considered fully vaccinated under this Policy.
