- Does my dinner ticket include Spark After Dark admission?
  Yes. Your holiday dinner ticket includes admission to Spark After Dark: Greatest Hits on December 11, 2026.
- Will I be seated with other guests?
  Tickets are sold in pairs or as a full table of eight. Guests purchasing tickets in pairs may be seated with other guests at shared tables of eight.
- How long is my dinner reservation?
  Each reservation includes up to 90 minutes of dining. Please arrive at your booked seating time.
- Where is dinner held?
  Dinner will be held in Feature Gallery North at TELUS Spark Science Centre.
- When can I enter the event?
  Your dinner ticket includes admission to Spark After Dark: Greatest Hits, which begins at 6:00 PM. Please arrive for dinner at your booked seating time.
- Can multiple bookings be seated together?
  Yes. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests to be seated together or at nearby tables, but seating requests cannot be guaranteed. Please email [email protected] with your request.
- Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
  Holiday buffet items will be labelled with dietary and allergen information to help guests make informed choices. While we strive to accommodate different dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or accommodate all special dietary requests due to the nature of buffet service.
- What happens if I arrive late?
  We understand that unexpected delays can happen! If you arrive late, you are still welcome to join the buffet during your scheduled dining hours. Please note that the 90 minutes dining time will end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended for late arrivals.
- Can I leave and return to the dining room?
  Each reservation includes up to 90 minutes of dining. Re-entry to the dining room is not permitted.
- What is the cancellation or refund policy?
  Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days of the event are non-refundable.
