Individual Bookings Class Bookings

To ensure the best possible experience, here are some guidelines to keep in mind:

  • Please note that registration closes two days before the session. So, if you are interested in participating, contact Spark as soon as you can!
  • Numbers matter! At least two classes or 30 participants are needed to run each Direct From. As such, multiple classes are able to attend each session. Programs may be cancelled due to low registration.
  • Participants will receive an email with more details the day before the session.
  • For classrooms or large groups, sessions are best viewed on a large screen connected to a computer.
  • During the session, everyone is expected to be respectful of the Spark host, guest speakers and other viewers.
  • Feel free to enter the session with cameras and microphones on, but please turn off microphones once the presentations begin to minimize distractions.
  • Students and educators may be asked to participate in interactive activities throughout the session – another great reason to have cameras on! However, please note that Direct From sessions are always recorded, so cameras should be off if viewers do not want to be part of the recording. Recordings are used for Spark internal purposes only and cannot be shared with participants after the session.
  • Each class or group of students will have a chance to ask at least one question during the Q&A session! It’s best to prepare questions ahead of time. Questions and comments may also be shared through the session chat window, but please make sure they are appropriate for a wider audience.

Educators, there are virtual programs for you too!

Students are not the only ones who get to learn with Spark. Check out sessions with world-class speakers and academics from all around.
