Curriculum Enhanced:

- 2ES: Students investigate Earth, its landforms, its bodies of water, and its relationship to the Sun.

- 3ES: Students analyze changes in Earth’s surface and explain how its layers hold stories of the past.

In the Infinity Dome planetarium explore the landscapes of Earth and Mars through the context of robotic missions, like NASA’s Curiosity and Perseverance, searching for the conditions needed for life on Mars. Analyze geologic evidence of changes to the Martian surface and its watery distance past. Students will be encouraged throughout the live show to make connections between the history of the two planets. Available Monday to Thursday at 9:45 AM and 1:00 PM. (Multiple schools may be booked in the same timeslot.)

Pluto: A Science Story

- 6S: Knowledge of the solar system continues to develop with further space exploration

The story of Pluto is the story of science. Explore the discovery of the planets through the immersive nature of the planetarium, visit Pluto and find out how science really works. Is it a planet or not? We'll find out and find out why. Available Monday to Thursday at 9:45 AM and 1:00 PM. (Multiple schools may be booked in the same timeslot.)
