Join us at the Inspiration Stage for two action-packed days of robot fights. Meet the teams in the pits, see their incredible creations up close, and cheer on the competitors as they battle for the Kilobots Cup.

Watch competitors from across Canada go head-to-head in 150 g Fairyweight, 1 lb Antweight and 3 lb Beetleweight battles. Each match gives two robots just three minutes to disable, outmanoeuvre or knock their opponent out of the arena. If both survive, judges decide based on damage, aggression and control.

This year’s field includes Kurtis Wanner, a Kilobots founder, owner of FingerTech Robotics and member of Team Witch Doctor from TV’s BattleBots. Two brand-new teams, Azkikr and Fail Forward Robotics, will make their competition debuts, while former rookies Gripper Grab and Bluebell are levelling up to the Antweight Masters division.

And robot combat keeps evolving. Advances driven by drone technology are helping builders pack more power into tiny machines, while massive-wheeled bots are becoming the latest design trend. Two will make their Kilobots Nationals debut this year.

Between fights, head into the pits to meet the teams, see battle damage up close and watch builders repair, rethink and rebuild their machines for another shot at the arena.
