  • All participants are expected to be respectful of the diverse Spark staff, guest speakers and viewers. Those who are unable to do this may be removed from the session.
  • Multiple classes, as well as online and at-home learners, can attend each session. At least two classes (or 30 participants) are needed to run each Direct From session. Programs may be cancelled due to low registration.
  • Registration closes two days before the session.
  • Participants will be admitted to the call approximately five minutes before the session to ensure that their video and audio is working. All those joining the call earlier will be in the waiting room until the session starts.
  • Feel free to enter the session with cameras and microphones on, but please turn off microphones once the presentations begin to minimize distractions. Unmuting oneself will not be allowed unless invited.
  • Direct From sessions will be recorded and are used for Spark internal purposes and to share with relevant external partners.
  • Due to the nature of Direct From sessions, only the Spark host and external guest speakers will be allowed hosting and co-hosting privileges. Spark hosts cannot accommodate special teaching requests. For any specific support requests, start by emailing [email protected] with the details!
