Guy Labine
Guy is a distinguished Canadian cultural leader with a prolific career championing science education. With over 25 years of leadership experience in science centres, he brings a proven record of developing strong teams, connecting with community stakeholders and driving organizational excellence. Guy most recently served as Hazel A. Hare President & CEO of the Arizona Science Center, where he expanded the organization’s reach across the state, strengthened relationships with Indigenous communities, and led the development of the Dorrance Dome, a next-generation immersive experience. Prior to his tenure in Arizona, Labine was CEO of Science North in Sudbury, Ontario, for over a decade, where he advanced the institution’s work across Northern Ontario, deepened connections with Indigenous communities and audiences, and led the feasibility study to build Canada’s newest science centre in Thunder Bay.
