The Heart of It - At Spark After Dark
One night only - February 10

Delectable date night dinner experience

The heart wants what it wants, and that's a dinner at Spark After Dark!

The Heart of It (18+) - SOLD OUT

A heart-inspired four-course seated dinner created by Chef de Cuisine Alison MacNeil.

All great things come in fours – the classical elements (Earth, Fire, Air, Water), the cardinal directions, the seasons, nucleotides, the numbers of lips that touch during a kiss and the Ninja Turtles.

Coincidentally, there are four basic types of human relationships: family relationships, friendships, acquaintanceships, and romantic relationships. And at the heart of it: the heart, figuratively and literally. With its four chambers, this relatively small organ beats in our chest day in and day out, pushing around that oh-so-important life-giving oxygenated blood.

This meal is an homage to the heart, its health and the relationships it allows us to have.

À votre santé!
