Brain Smoothies: The Science of Art and Wellness with Dr. Britt

Brain Smoothies

The Science of Art and Wellness with Dr. Britt

1 cup of science + 1 cup of art = Brain Smoothies

Brain Smoothies are art-based exercises that provide a mental break, foster focus and energize the mind. Offered in collaboration with TELUS Spark Science Centre, this online, interactive and hands-on PD workshop is designed for teachers and wellness facilitators who want to give Brain Smoothies a try while also learning facts from cognitive psychology and neuroscience with Dr. Britt aka Brittany Harker Martin.

Each participant will leave the session with knowledge about the science that inspired the program, an understanding with Dr. Britt's evidence-based formula for accessing alternate mental states, and your own experience with a couple of the most popular Brain Smoothies exercises.
