Other Spaces to Explore
Atrium
Atrium Bridge Sponsored by APEGA - The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta
Two storeys high and bathed in natural light, the 10,000 sq. ft. Atrium at the heart of the facility plays host to larger-than-life demonstrations and special events. The Atrium reaches up to the sky and out to the Earth – anchored in Calgary yet international in its inspiration. Light and shadow dance across the floor throughout the day, reflecting the drama of the sky and the passing of seasons.
Connected to all the galleries and the Presentation Theatre, this is the space through which visitors start their explorations and depart at the end of the day – a celebration of the day and an invitation to come again!

At lunch, find delicious nutritional choices for school groups and other visitors. In the afternoon, relax, have a snack and reflect on the day.
